What is an UV DTF decal and why are NCAAdecal's decals special?

 

An UV DTF decal, which stands for Ultraviolet Direct to Film decal, is a modern printing technology that has revolutionized the way images are transferred onto various surfaces. 

 

Printing Process

 

UV DTF printing involves using a UV or UV DTF printer to print a design onto transfer film, which is then laminated to create a durable decal.

 

The decals are created by applying UV-cured ink directly onto a specialized transfer film, resulting in vivid, high-resolution designs with exceptional color accuracy and stunning vibrancy.

 

Application

 

These decals can be applied to any hard surface, such as cups, phone cases, windows, woods, cars, glasses, pens, and more, making them suitable for a wide range of applications, without the need for a heat press. You simply press the decal onto the surface, use a squeegee tool to adhere it firmly, and then peel away the top layer, leaving the decal permanently adhered to the surface.

How Do I Apply UV DTF Decals?

 

Step1. Start by peeling the decal off its backing paper.

 

Step 2. Carefully place the decal on the surface where you want it. Make sure it's straight and in the right spot. (The glue is super strong, so once it touches the surface, it's hard to move.)

 

Step 3. Press down on the decal, starting from the middle and working your way out. This will help get rid of any air bubbles.

 

Step 4. Once it's all pressed down, peel off the clear film. That's it! You're done.

Care

 

Remember, these decals are meant for hand washing only.

 

Don't put them in the dishwasher or microwave.

 

Make sure to put the decal on a clean, flat surface without any oils for the best results.

The size is defined vertically or horizontally which is longer.
